Measure & Order
Begin by measuring the dimensions of your fine rug. Select the size closest to your requirements from our standard collection. If your rug falls outside our standard sizes, simply choose the next size up, as the material can easily be cut down to fit. Please note that due to the flexible, needle-punched composition of our premium fleece, standard rolls carry a cutting tolerance of plus or minus 2cm.

Simple Trimming
Once your underlay arrives, lay it flat beneath your textile. If any adjustments are needed for a completely invisible fit, Luxe Fleece can be effortlessly trimmed at home using standard household shears. We recommend cutting the underlay roughly 2cm smaller than your rug's perimeter so it remains completely hidden from view.

Not at all. Unlike low-grade rubber, PVC, or gel-backed underlays which can chemically break down and ruin floor finishes over time, Luxe Fleece is entirely plasticiser-free. It uses a cured acrylic resin that provides a non-slip grip without leaving any sticky residue, discoloration, or marks behind.
Yes, it is fully thermal-rated and explicitly designed for spaces with underfloor heating. The breathable, needle-punched structure allows heat to transfer efficiently into the room without building up beneath the rug or degrading the underlay materials.
Maintenance is exceptionally simple. Luxe Fleece is entirely vacuum-safe and can be machine washed at temperatures up to 40°C whenever it requires refreshing. To preserve the structure and the anti-slip performance of the resin, simply allow it to air dry completely before replacing it under your rug.
